Sewage Backup

The basement flooded due to a clog in the main stack, this resulted in sewage back-up in the basement. The water was class 3 due to the sewage. These home owners caught the problem within and hour of the damage. The sooner we can get to the property , the better.   The carpet and pad had to be removed along with two feet of drywall. Our technicians, Greg and Chris worked for nine hours to ensure the carpets were removed and the basement was cleaned before leaving. The customer was thrilled with their hard work that our technicians put into their home.
